Twelve Degrees Co. Insider Tours
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as payment of your deposit will constitute your agreement to all of the terms and conditions set out below within this document.
1. Pricing and Information Validity
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are current at the time of publication. Twelve Degrees Co reserves the right to amend any pricing if the cost of services increases more than 5%. Increases may be incurred through alterations in price rises beyond the norm and control of Twelve Degrees Co. We reserve the right to increase prices at any point up until a deposit has been paid, at which point your price is fixed.
2. Variation and Cancellations
There may be changes in itinerary due to weather, availability of a winemaker, availability or access to a cellar or restaurant. We will ensure that any changes will be of the equivalent or higher standard than the original experience or service. In the event of a border closure with South Australia or any COVID-related restrictions that would completely forbid the hosts from entering South Australia or force them to quarantine for 14 days, the tour would be cancelled and a full-refund would be provided. In any other cases, if travel to South Australia is allowed (even if not encouraged), no refund will be allocated. If the rules of your state of residence prevent you from travelling to South Australia at the time of the tours, a full refund or credit will be provided.
The accommodation during the tour will be boutique luxury lodging, without formal industry classification. Individual rooms will vary in style, fittings, size and configurations and only double occupants can be accommodated. Should you wish to travel solo, a solo supplement of $ $2450 will apply.
Due to the nature of this tour and the visitation to bars, restaurants and wine tastings the minimum age of guests must be 18 years of age. With respect, strictly no children will be accommodated on the tour.
5. Special Requirements
Where possible special provision will be made for travellers with physical or mental disabilities, however as accommodation and sightseeing will require walking and/or climbing stairs, any special requests must be outlined in writing before the deposit is paid and Twelve Degrees Co. has the right to decline access to the tour if we feel it is dangerous or inappropriate for the guest to attend.
6. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% (AUD$2,250) will be required to secure your place on the tour. The balance is to be paid 30 days prior to departure. Please note that once full payment has been received, this is non-refundable due to the nature of tour.
All cancellations must be made in writing to Twelve Degrees Co. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking will be retained and will be non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days or less before the date of departure will attract a 100% cancellation fee (i.e. the full amount due for the tour) for any circumstance.
No refund will be given for any service that you are unable to attend, including but not limited to late arrival, early departure, poor health, or by choice not to participate. This includes failure of any transportation to run and deliver you to your destination as planned.
9. Additional Charges
Visa and MasterCard fees will attract a 1.75% surcharge.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our prices but it is strongly recommended on booking this tour. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
11. Costs not included in prices show
Airfares are not included. Twelve Degrees Co. Tours Clients are to meet at the designated starting hotel. Any additional accommodation either side of the tour dates are not included. Included is 5 nights of accommodation, all transportation, all meals and wine with meals where indicated. The client will pay for additional purchase of alcohol at tastings or supplements to meals. Items of personal nature, tips, laundry and beverages not on the package list are to be paid for by the client. Any travel outside of that organised in the itinerary is also at the cost of the client.
12. Responsible Consumption
Guests who are breaching a responsible consumption of alcohol and are affecting the health and safety of themselves or the comfort of other guests may be excluded from activities at the discretion of the tour operator. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse alcohol service where it deemed in line with responsible service of alcohol.
